Where we deliver
We deliver to all addresses within Greater Male’ City (Male’, Villingili Ferry and HulhuMale’). We require a street address for delivery.
We also deliver to local islands, island ferries, resort Male' offices, resort ferries as well. Please contact our customer service team for delivery options.
How and when we deliver
All deliveries are made between 8.30am to 6.00pm Saturday to Thursday by Lecute delivery team or our chosen carrier.
All deliveries are made based on their purchased time as follows:
- All orders placed before 3.00pm on a weekday, delivery will be made on same day before 6:00 pm.
- All orders received after 3:00 pm on a weekday, delivery will be made on the following day before 12:00 pm.
- All orders received on a Friday or public holiday, delivery will be made before 6:00pm the following day or next working day.
Please note that these delivery times are estimates only, and actual delivery times may vary. Large items require extra handling and may take longer to transport.
Items may be delivered to you individually and/or separately by our in-house delivery staff or different couriers and transport agencies.
We are not responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Please ensure that your requested delivery location is free from obstructions and is otherwise in a clean and tidy state to prevent any delivery delays.
Cost of delivery
Delivery charges are calculated on a per order basis and according to the weight and size of your order, and your delivery address.
For all orders exceeding the value of MVR 250.00 will be delivered Free of Charge (FOC) for any address within Greater Male’ City (Male’, Villingili and HulhuMale’)
If you would like an estimate of your cost of delivery, put the item into your shopping bag and displayed at the bottom is your estimated delivery charge.
You will have the opportunity (based on your entered delivery address) to view the finalised delivery charges on your order at the checkout stage before you complete your order and make payment.
Acceptance of delivery
Deliveries must be signed for, and anyone at the delivery address who receives the products shall be presumed by Lecute to be authorised to receive the products.
If you are unsure if you will be available at the delivery address during the delivery hours, we recommend nominating a work address or address of a family member who will be present during the delivery hours.
Please note that risk for loss or damaged product passes to the customer upon delivery of the product(s) by the courier.
All items can be picked up at any of the following retail stores:

Once you're ready to purchase, select the “Pickup from Store” button on the Checkout page.
To pick up your items in one of our above mentioned stores, you will need to bring the card used for payment, or the order number and a valid photo ID.
Items will be ready for pick up within 24 hours. You'll receive a Pickup Notification email when each item becomes available. Please wait for the Pickup Notification email before coming to one of our stores.
